We have established the Eye Consultants Research Foundation to actively conduct clinical studies for a variety of eye diseases and conditions. By participating, eligible patients in Dallas/Ft. Worth will have access to medications and devices in clinical development; the ultimate goal being to provide effective treatment and improve their overall quality of life.
Studies are conducted in the comfort of our Grapevine offices. Each participant receives the same quality care and attention as Eye Consultants of Texas patients do each day. And participants can be assured that all doctors are experienced in conducting research in accordance with Good Clinical Practice.
Eye Consultants of Texas founder Phillips Kirk Labor, MD is the founder of the Eye Consultants Research Foundation. Throughout his career he has authored, co-authored or participated in several highly regarded ophthalmic studies. He has also been selected to evaluate new technologies by major companies.
Overseeing all aspects of clinical studies is Olga Kraszewska, PhD. As Clinical Studies Director, Dr. Kraszewska brings more than 18 years of ophthalmic, basic, pharmaceutical and clinical research experience to her role. Her findings have been published in notable ophthalmic publications in the U.S., Canada, and abroad. Study Coordinator, Stacy Allen, not only has 10 years of ophthalmic experience, she has worked in research for eye care industry leader Alcon.
